ios - Constraints are not honoring size classes -

I am trying to convert iPhone and iPad storyboard into single which is known about size organs. For this, I need to change a particular image width between the iPhone and the iPad and enable / disable an obstacle on the iPad.

As I think that 230 should be used while running on iPhones and 400 otherwise, right?

Running on the iPhone 5/6/6 + simulator, I'm unable to complete the constraints for a few reasons. Warning:
